Neta – The Center for Career Development is a non-profit organization operating in both the private and public sectors, with the goal of helping women realize their professional aspirations, advance and succeed in the workplace, and foster a management culture that promotes gender equity. Neta’s courses and workshops provide women with knowledge, tools, and skills for career success. The wide range of topics allows each woman to focus on her specific needs and grow in directions most relevant to her. Since its establishment, Neta has served as a career development center for hundreds of women across diverse fields and at various stages of their professional journey.
